Chef Morgan will once again be cooking at the
James Beard House in Greenwich Village with his
friends Chef Dean Max and Chef Stephane Gregoire.
They will be appearing as part of the Great Regional
Chefs series on January 11, 2005. This will be
the 5th time Chef Morgan has cooked at the prestigious
James Beard House. He will be preparing the main
course and an Hors d' Oeuvre.

Morgan looks forward to the time that he can take
his own team from D. Morgan's to the Beard House
to prepare an exclusive dinner.
