Chef
Morgan was featured in the June 2003 issue of
La Cucina Italiana. He was ecstatic to learn that
his article featuring heirloom tomatoes captured
the cover and he subsequently learned that he
was the first non-Italian born chef to make the
cover.
The
article showed the great versatility of the tomato,
as he constructed an entire five course meal featuring
the little known heirloom tomato.
